- Review compliance, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to ensure health, safety, and environment at site. - Ensure all the Work permit request are submitted and correctly checked before allow subcontractor start to work at site. - Prepare applicable HSE reports for Management Level. - Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to site. - Reviewing/Participate in detailed incident investigations and Rood Cause Analysis. - Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees. - Development and presentation of relevant HSE Training. - Observe HSE regulation, wears all required safety equipment, encourage safe working, practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to them to the proper personal. - Ability to work with employees and relations with managers and employee, as well as customers and regulatory agencies. - Comply with all HSE procedures and policies. - Promote safety tools for all employees. - Meeting with Client related to safety issues. - Manage HSE Engineer all sites. - Perform other work related tasks a required as assigned. - Manage the security team to provide a good security for the site. - Supervises and monitors the Security Guard in securing the site especially on the gates for the entry and exit of staffs, visitors, workers, materials, tools and equipment.

- A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree. - Fresh graduate or at least 3 years of experience as Safety in Construction. - Training Certificate of OHSA / COSH is an advantage - Being able to work in team and imitative skill. - Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic. - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, flexible and meet deadlines required. - Able to use Ms. Office and Auto Cad. - Leadership Skill - Good at English, Knowing Chinese is an advantage.
