• Overseeing, analyzing and managing accounting functions (A/R, A/P, G/L, fixed assets, monthly closing, taxation) • Analyzing monthly results, costing and profit & loss • Reconciling production and warehouse information and checking for consistency • Analyzing and validating company all cost variances • Ensuring all preparation of cost accounting entries for the accounting department. • Advising, training and supervising the accounting team • Dealing with external parties, including auditors and various governmental authorities. • Managing all accounting activities. • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. • Ensure smooth month-end closing process and prepare key financial reports to capture current performance • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports • Budgeting and forecasting for the business • Liaising with external auditors and tax agents • Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. • CPA is preferred. • At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance • Experience in a managerial role • Good computer skills (MS Office) • Good command of English.
