Position Summary The salon Interpreter/Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing accurate and clear translation between, salon clients, stylists, salon educators, and students. Interpreters are also expected to support leadership, administration and exhibit exemplary customer service skills. Responsibilities Provide accurate translation and interpretation from English into Khmer and vice versa Ensure all cosmetology concepts and meanings are accurately conveyed between client and stylist as well as student and educator. Edit and proofread texts, emails, brochures, and various marketing materials to ensure the quality of translation output Provide training and assistance for students learning Maintain exemplary customer service using clear enunciation/pronunciation Understand and continue to learn about protocol and terminology in the salon, academy, and beauty industry Answer phones, assist clients both checking in and checking out, and accurately book client appointments Provide client reminders for upcoming appointments Assist the salon manager and director as needed Apply Send CV to Info@KateKorpiSalon.com

Requirements Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Khmer Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Proven ability to work under time pressure and deliver results on time One year of experience in translation and interpretation preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Honest and reliable person with positive attitude to work Understanding or experience in the field of cosmetology and fashion helpful Apply Send CV to Info@KateKorpiSalon.com
