- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in handling and managing e-commerce and/or outlet manager. - English proficiency: High (Official certificates and/or tests results required) - Experienced with E-commerce sales processing and payment accounts monitoring. - Experienced with banking merchant dealings and arrangements. - Available 24 hours a day to check on incoming online sales on our e-commerce platform. - Ability to handle E-commerce Payment and banking transaction and coordinate its balance sheet with the Account team (Merchants & Customers) - Ability to delegate and coordinate tasks to satisfy all outlet, E-commerce, merchant, stockist transactions. - Able to drive sales and increase sales for both outlet and e-commerce site. - Ability to process E-commerce incoming orders and arrange for packing and shipment with outlet supervisor. - In charge and highly experience with stock keeping. - In charge with sales and stock purchasing. - Ability to write and reply to clients in both English and Khmer. (Other language is an added advantage) - Ability to provide quick response to client’s questions (E-commerce website, outlet & Social Media) - Be in charge with overall E-commerce and outlet sales and operation. - Able to liaise with stockist and product manufacturer. - Be able to liaise with reseller, distributors on product keeping - Medium level of Computer literacy, must be able to work with E-payment gateway software and services app. Personal Quality: - Good people skills with pleasant and professional appearance. - Proactive. - Excellent communications skill. - Able to work with a team. - Open to learning new things. - Punctual and driven. - Good personal hygiene.
