- Monitor daily activities of salesman and follow up on sales progress & accomplishments - Conduct regular meetings with sale team for feedback on status of sales - Establish and maintain good contact with all customers and maintain updated Customer profiles of the assigned targets - Travel with the sales team regularly, provide backup to the team whenever necessary - Ensure physical involvement in operation of route when staff shortages arise - Coordinate and implement sales targets set by management and prepare sales plan - Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns / promotional activities - Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force - Ensure proper standard quality of proposal or quotation for customers (prior kinds of wines and prices for customers’ status) - Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship, proposals and contracts; - Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports regarding the overall sales achievements and also competitor activities. - Submit Achievement Report to GM the end of the month - Other tasks assigned by management
