Check staff attendant from finger print machine, Leaves and OT.  Prepare monthly attendant for payroll processing to get salary.  Prepare employment contract (Check the expiration and renew the contract).  Provide training company policy/internal rules to employee.  Prepare monthly report of employee movement to MOL.  Monthly recruitment report.  NSSF insurance (Work accident report, Benefit claim).  Apply labor book for employee.  Apply employment card and contract for foreigner staff.  Renew visa for expatriate.  Communication with ministry of labor to ensue HR and Admin policies are in compliance with the Cambodian Labor Law.  Keep hygiene and safety at workplace.  Conduct weekly meeting with shop steward.  Update organization chart if needed.  Other relevant assignments as required.
