KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Handover Manager, this role’s responsibilities include: • Checking the handover conditions from related departments • Coordinating and inviting customers to inspect and handover • Following up on building progress with the Construction Department • Conducting and confirming internal inspection before inviting customers to do the inspection and handover • Informing customers about updated information related to their property • Contacting and inviting customers for house inspection and handover • Coordinating with the construction team to handle all the related issues to unit and handover and property condition • Preparing/facilitating/coordinating all related documents for the handover process (regulations, water and electricity bills etc..) • Coordinating with the property company to ensure all their tasks are well performed • Reporting to the line management as required • Various tasks assigned by management
