Job Description (Sale Manager Fertilizer) - Responsible to sale of assigned to new and existing customer - Find new promotion or sale strategy to challenge with competitor - Solve problem when sale staff met - Arrange plan meeting - Do monthly report - Assign working to sale staff - Manage and grow new customer thought calling and visiting - Plan and exceed in outdoor promote and sale activity - To meet and exceed sale target by company plan - Handle customer complaint and feedback - Find marketing information on pricing, promotion of competitor activity and customer demand
