-Receives payment for all kinds of Kingtel services or packages -Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets into billing system -Responsible for collection (cash, cheque) -Assist accountant or finance for checking daily report or correction reports -Receive cash collection from sale teams, deposit service and customers transfer fill into billing system -Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information -Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments -Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas -Keep reports of transactions -Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction -Perform basis math functions to collect payment and make change -Memorize product locations throughout the store and be able to direct customers or make suggestions -Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner -Maintain accurate cash drawer -Reconcile cash, reports and transfer them to financial accountant at the end of the day -Good with computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge,Email.. -Be honest, Loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hard working. -Able to communicate well in English other language is advantage -Bachelor degree or under graduated student in the Accounting or related field.
