** Position Overview We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to be a part of our team, designing commercial real estate and institutional projects both locally and internationally. Working closely with the Head of Projects and directly with clients, you will support conceptual design approaches and develop project design and presentation drawings. ** Key Responsibilities - Collaborate on projects within our team - Participate in project meetings and client presentations as needed - Manage project deliverable at concept and schematic stages - Lead the team to ensure overall success of the design project

- Creative design concept - Knowledge of all architectural project phases - Excellent CAD, Excellent in Revit, Sketch-up and Photoshop skills - Excellent Hand Sketching ability - Be a good team player, Able to work independently as well as in collaboration - Be able to tackle complex project - Ensure compliance - Monitor the work - Keeping up in the industry in response to new technology, best practices and changes in codes - Attention to detail to ensure safety and legality - Excellent communication skill in English, both oral and written Required Experience - A minimum of 4 years’ experience in designing commercial real estate projects - Have a B.S or B.A in Architecture, Master of Architecture preferred ** How to Apply Interest applicant should submit a cover letter and CV and with a current photo (4x6) to the address below.
