DUTIES • Manage the process of crop production (from nursery stage to harvest time) • Manage experimental data • Write a report on both the progress and the challenge of the working process • Provide technical support to skilled workers by focusing on organic crops • Monitor and evaluate the controlled crop plots • Lead crop staff and skilled workers for on-the-job training • Cooperate with all supporting staff within the farmland project and other projects of SGC • Participate actively with other tasks assigned by Farmland Manager • Willing to learn new things

REQUIREMENTS • Education in Agriculture field • Be able to communicate in English • Working experience is not required • Be able to operate Microsoft Office, Word and Excel • Be able to work with foreigner coach • Be able to work under pressure • Be honest, flexible, creative and responsible Application Information • Smiling Gecko Cambodia provides equal chance of employment regardless of race or religion.
