- To manage and update fixed asset movement and perform inspection of fixed asset twice a year - To prepare monthly update fixed asset schedule and calculate fixed asset depreciation - To perform the work of AR Controller, AP Controller and Tax Accountant particularly bookkeeping and filing. - To enter cash transfer/cash receipts in Accounting System - To prepare folders and file accounting documents properly - To ensure all document of ACF kept in proper place and easy/ready to trace - To daily key in sales return and any AR adjustment and payment entry in accounting software - To ensure all the transaction entered on time, accurate, and complete - To daily check and ensure that purchase invoice agree with purchase order, good receipt note and quotation if any - To daily request payment to be made to principal/suppliers other related transaction and pass to optimal time or to authorized person for checking and releasing - To prepare statement of account, send to supplier if necessary - To perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor/ team - To assist other co-workers in related job
