KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with the Marketing and Growth manage and optimize merchant’s presences in Pi Pay ecosystem. • Manage the complete content cycle • Develop and pitch marketing initiatives to merchants • Schedule and program content push notifications with Offline Marketing and Growth • Manage merchant content in the Pi Pay ecosystem • Work with the Marketing team to create strong visuals for content, from photos and illustrations to infographics • Base content creation on data, proven trends, social listening, internal insights, and industry expertise • Independently track all content for KPIs and success metrics • Maintain relationship with new and current merchants, holistic approach • Handle merchant/agent and customer marketing questions • Gather feedback from merchant and customer to develop recommended solutions for marketing improvements • Promote and position Pi Pay marketing and merchandising materials according to standard. • Monitor and escalate any upcoming merchant promotion • Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market. • Maintain and prepare reporting for the assigned areas.

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE - Experience in managing accounts in a diverse range of industries. - At least 1 year of Marketing/Sales experience - Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions. - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines - Good English skill (Khmer language essential) - Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact, including liaising across multiple parties - Ability to remain integrated to a team, while working remotely and independently - Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills` HR Department (All applications will be treated in strict confidentiality)
