Jobs Description

-Develop and implement the digital marketing & communications strategies and activations to drive brand awareness and customer engagement -Determine and strategise the brand’s presence in emerging platforms (i.e. Grab Pay, Touch n Go e-wallet, Rewardz, Perksense, etc) -Plan, manage and report on all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc) -Strategize and execute new content creation, campaigns and events; creating original and effective content that bring our business, brand-story, culture to life -Research, pitch and land partners for cross-branding collaboration that brings awareness and exposure to the brand to enable inclusive growth -Collaborate with the Digital team to integrate online-offline CRM to create holistic consumer profiles and ensure online and offline sales priorities are incorporated into the digital marketing and communications plans; use targeted marketing for better efficiency and consumer engagement -Collaborate with relevant teams (i.e. product, design, Digital) throughout the product lifecycle (from design to product launch) in order to bring new ideas / concepts to life in the form of communications and events as well as amplifying our existing events -Build and maintain relationships with key affiliates (partners, media, etc) -Manage all channels of communications (PR, social media, press release, interviews, websites, etc) to preserve the integrity of the brand image and synchronicity of the brand story -Identify and plan affiliate exposure and exclusive affiliate content in line with promotional and marketing content -Report on success of affiliate channels, paid events, CRM analytics and manage budgets. -Monitor keyword and campaign performance to optimise the ROI and customer acquisition. -Identify and drive the CSR initiatives that accentuate the brand’s culture of inclusive growth – extended to both staff and the community. -Participate in business planning and budget preparation, including developing budgets, audit reports, design and marketing briefs and planning activation schedules and execution.

Jobs Requirement

-5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, PR or Events Management is required. -Prior experience working with large brands. -Ability to negotiate contracts with external vendors. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT with the ability to analyse internal business data for planning of strategies. -Ability to build & support the Brand Experience team, supervise staff, delegate & work with others under aggressive timeframes. -Ability to manage multiple projects within purposeful timeframes, flexibility to adjust & respond to multiple changes.
