-Build regular reports to measure channel performance, to make data-driven decisions on P&L management, to help troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and to identify opportunities -Track and measure brand campaign performance based on agreed metrics, including pre- and post-campaign analyses, traffic cohort studies and branded search term uplift trends -Partner with Brand Team to identify, design and track marketing activity test opportunities -Use advanced modelling techniques to optimize marketing spend across markets and products -Conduct in-depth analyses, capturing actionable insights from our various data sources, then share with relevant stakeholders to change how we think of our business -Identify data processing issues quickly and work with relevant colleagues to resolve quickly -Communicate traffic performance trends and present findings to the wider team -Establish positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partnersPartner with selected Country’s Business -Development and Marketing members to ensure overall acquisition traffic and conversion targets are met on a monthly basis

-Bachelor’s degree with analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Stats,...) -Experience in a data-driven commercial environment; including digital conversion funnels -Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, using data from a range of sources -Ability to understand problem details while at the same time understand strategic implications -Solid experience using Google tools (GA, Data Studio, AdWords) and Facebook Analytics -Exceptional attention to detail in executing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables -Ability to influence cross-functionally and work effectively across teams and countries -Great communication skills, with ability to simplify complicated data to be understood better -Experience in designing and executing multivariate tests for various marketing activities a plus -R, Python programming also a plus!
