Manage charter and group sales of Pandaw products, responding to inbound enquiries and quoting as per agreed pricing structures Key account management of leading agent partners, assisting with sales queries and providing booking assistance Proactively review occupancy and develop campaigns to meet departure profitability targets Regular reporting and review of sales activities to management Competitor analysis and industry trend analysis to ensure Pandaw remains a leading expedition provider Management of inbound enquiries team, including training and performance review Work with our content and web teams to ensure marketing materials and activities are in line with sales goals Support the wider Pandaw team where necessary

3-5 years of sales management, preferably within the tourism industry Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing Experience in team management may be advantageous Excellent English language & writing skills
