-Purchase materials / goods at the best prices based on requirement plans and ensure all purchases are made in compliance with the company policy; -Maintain and update purchasing records / data and pricing in the system in accordance with company policies and procedures; -Develop and maintain good partnership liaison with vendors and responsible for strategic sourcing of vendors and establish vendor selection criteria; -Liaise closely with appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents on making arrangements on transportation schedule, quotes and destination. Solve discrepancies with regards to incoming and outgoing deliveries; -Prepare cost analyses -Maintain updated records of invoices and contract -Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders -Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. -Good interpersonal and negotiation skills; -Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management

-Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent. -At least 2-3 year purchasing related experiences. -Good learning attitude, proactive and able to work under team as well as independently to meet up the deadlines/ work pressure. -Good interpersonal and communication skills in languages: English, Mandarin -Preferably candidate who can start work immediately
