• 10& Apply well Cargill value and culture, especially Safety culture in real work • 30& Works under limited supervision to build, maintain and develop Cargill customers in the market in order to reinforce commercial activities and achieve sales target for profitable volume growth and strategic objectives for the market • 10& POP implementation including making, reading and analyzing POP • 20& Build up key farms and organize farm tours when/where necessary • 5& Lead and organize customer seminars to raise good awareness of Cargill’s image as well as products • 15& Develop new products to meet customer needs and propose new technological solutions to improve customer’s productivity, identify complex or advanced customer production performance issues and opportunities and engage appropriate support from the all team to provide technical solutions • 5& Handling customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction • 5& Apply Cargill Nutrition Academy into real work

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree • More than 2 years working in feed mill industries or related areas • Problem solving skills • Customer focus • Effective selling skills Preferred Qualifications • Technical skills (Farm management; Animal Health, Genetics, Facility, Nutrition) • Good communication and negotiation skills • Able to speak, write and listen English • Having people skills • Good planning and execution
