- Lead and manage security projects. - Identify, define, and review security requirements. - Lead a growing team of data systems and security engineers - Perform security and compliance assessments on new and existing systems, processes, technology. - Perform periodic gap assessments to validate compliance on an ongoing basis. - Develop strategies with stakeholders to identify and prevent security threats - Support the development of security solutions and adhere to applicable policies and comply with information security policies - Work closely and collaboratively with application development teams, technology teams, and other members of the Information Security team to identify and remediate security issues - Identify security trends and relate to current and future needs of project teams as well as security and privacy standards

- Degree in an IT field or similar experience in Information Security. - 3-4 years of information security experience - Background in security, software development or systems administration. - Experience leading projects or managing a security team. - Ability to develop and troubleshoot applications in one of the following languages: Python, NodeJS, Go, C++/C#, Java, or Ruby. - Demonstrated experience evaluating security risk of applications, systems, and networks - Strong project management skills and experience in creating and managing project plans - Demonstrated problem-solving techniques and strong analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong offensive skills. - Good understanding of network protocols, design, and operations. - Working knowledge of Security principles, techniques, and technologies. - Familiar with Cloud technologies. - Experience with defining and enforcing security best practices in a corporate environment. - Knowledge of open security testing standards and projects, including OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM.
