-Candidates living Battambang province preferable -Candidates whose age less than 35 old preferable -Willing work a non-profit organization social change agree the organization philosophy -A strong sense responsibility respect teamwork be honest, open-minded, self-motivated -Willing work hard flexibly (sometimes the night weekends) -Good command Khmer/English basic PC skills, including good command Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook -Prefer have academic background (bachelor degree) education related fields. -Prefer have experiences to report development Khmer/English -Prefer have basic knowledge experiences to development cycle including planning, and evaluation, analysis interpretation.
