• Working with customers to identify product symptom and advising the solution and repairing product • Make detail report for each repair job • Prepare daily and monthly service report by collection and analysing product repair record • Support ASC daily operation • Prepare claim report / product exchange report

Jobs Requirement

• Degree in technical or engineering school and able to repair electrical product such as Air-con, Refrigerator, Washing Machine … • Punctuality • Ability to deal with difficult customers • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal and customer care skills • Proactive team player with strong self-supporting and independent character
