1. Assist Merchandising Asst. Manager in settling some issues arise during development process. 2. Issue sample order requests to related parties. 3. Prepare and make Color card/Trim card/Packing Trims for samples and releasing. 4. Prepare and Monitor testing tracking chart (HT summary & Printing summary). 5. Sample coordinator/monitoring. 6. Do carton markings for any types of sample shipment (CR1.CR2, Presell & SMS). 7. Coordinate with shipping for sample shipments and other sending. 8. Materials tracking / WIP for material status. 9. Prepare/Monitor Laser/Bonding/Printing Testing’s. 10. Sample excess tracking and keeping. 11. Prepare and issue all packing trims to sample line. 12. Initiate and assist sample cartooning on Presell and SMS. 13. Attend PP Meeting 14. Front communication working with supplier, sub-con and customers 15. Review customer’s feedback 16. Follow up development samples and shipment 17. Material Booking

- College level - Can read and speak English - Computer Literate - 5 years’ experience as a Merchandiser - Experience as a Merchandiser for Development - Can manage the team
