Prepare day to day operation on daily card and e-payment reconciliation for Bakong, merchant and card payment. Responsible in solving customer inquiry of financial/non-financial of Card and e-Payment related products/services. Execute daily onboarding merchant creation, and daily merchant performance report. Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly merchant statement. Prepare for Bakong transaction and Card related fee are accurately charge and posted. Prepare the material and provide training/refreshment to branches and other related departments existing/new Card and e-Payment products/services reconciliation and dispute resolution. Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly financial reconciliation are accurate. Solving on complaint handling and dispute resolution and working with cross parties. Own the responsible for all compliance related to scheme card rule, and regulatory procedure. Perform other task as assigned by management.

Bachelor degree in banking & finance. At least 2-year experience in Card & e-Payment finance management and portfolio management at banks or MFIs. Good at accounting, reporting and solving complaint skills. Good time management skills and ability to multi-task. Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill. Influencing and negotiation skills is a plus. Computer skills, Microsoft Offices, Excel and email. Good proficiency in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint. Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation. Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details, be available to travel to rural areas
