Serving customer inquiry and support for transaction initiate at Smart Banking, Provide immediate solution in response to customer inquiry, escalate matter to relevant department for solution. Performance monitoring for Smart Banking and recommend for improvement. Collect customer feedback and recommend for feature enhancement. Working with branch to make sure the customer information has been updated accurately. Be a member to Smart Banking related implementation. Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance report to management. Perform other task as assigned by management.

Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, banking & finance. At least 1-year experience in Card & e-Payment customer services and operation at banks and/or MFIs. Good at accounting, reporting and solving complaint skills Good time management skills and ability to multi-task. Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill. Influencing and negotiation skills is a plus. Be able working on rotation shift Computer skills, Microsoft Offices, Excel and email. Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation. Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
