Develop financial reconciliation procedure and manual for Card and e-Payment financial transaction reconciliation Manage in solving customer inquiry of financial/non-financial of Card and e-Payment related products/services Manage daily transaction of merchant, Bakong and Card related fee are accurately charge and posted Develop the necessary material and provide training/refreshment to branches and other related departments existing/new Card and e-Payment products/services reconciliation and dispute resolution Monitor monthly actual card and e-payment performance against budget planning, work closely with cross team on budget. Own the responsible for all compliance related to scheme card rule, and regulatory procedure Perform other task as assigned by management.

Bachelor degree in banking & finance. At least 3-year experience in Card & e-Payment finance management, portfolio management at banks and/or MFIs. Good at accounting, reporting and solving complaint skills. Good time management skills and ability to multi-task. Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill. Influencing and negotiation skills is a plus. Computer skills, Microsoft Offices, Excel and email. Good proficiency in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint. Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation. Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details, be available to travel to rural areas.
