Perform economic, digital and other studies to identify trends and drivers to adopt and grow e-product and services banking strategies, including size of the sectors. Identify markets to penetrate, including sectors, card and e-payment products, user behaviors with defined metrics such as total number of CASA, number of loan customers, non-active and active card users, number of transactions, size of total processing value (TPV). Identify markets to penetrate to identify the merchant category which fit to customer behaviors of making payment including ATM/CDM/STM, POS/mPos merchant and e-Commerce Merchant. Support in develop pipelines, pitches, and card onboarding process. On a weekly basis, present service performance dashboard, status/progress and initiate necessary actions to respond and meet assigned and agreed solutions. Collect customer feedback/experience, business requirement, UX development, procedure. Manage scheme card implementation project and ongoing enhancement projects include onboarding new products, new features, and application appearance. Work with sales and marketing team on sales target and marketing related activities including campaign and promotional for increasing ATM/CDM/STM and merchant acceptance related. Develop the necessary material and provide training/refreshment to branches and other related departments. Perform other task as assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree in finance and banking, e-commerce, business or digital economy. At least 1-year experience in mobile and internet banking performance management at banks or MFIs. Be able to communicate in English language and some basic presentation/training skill. Good in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint. Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation. Be creative and attentive to details, be available to travel to rural areas.
