• Assist a Region Plan and execute sales strategies and sales target for company by influencing sales/BE staff. • Assist Region to Publish and report weekly and monthly sales facts, providing sales figures for staff to understand. • Assist Region to manage the sales activities of accounts located throughout his sales and his direct reports sales territory. • Drive solution selling capabilities throughout the institution • Assist Region to facilitate activities between clients, bank, operations and executives, as well as other activities as needed to complete strategic selling process and new business development. • Work with business team to provide market updates. • Assist Region to implement established sales plans and customer strategies. • Ensure sales support functions are in place • Assist Region to train new sales staff/BE and bank staff as necessary. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Travel with sellers to evaluate and provide guidance. • Maintain product knowledge of our products and services. • Maintain industry knowledge of the uses and needs for our products and services. • Refresh training to BE and Bank staff as monthly plan • Ability to sell insurance outside banking hour

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Financial, Management or the equivalent experience. • Experience in sales: 3+ years of consultative sales experience • 3+ years sales team management experience • 3+ years data sales experience • Recognized credible thought leader • Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals • Understand basic insurance concepts • Be struggle and honest • Understand about MFI and bank institutions • Ability to travel around provinces • Ability to drive vehicle and has own vehicle with license is advantage
