• Planning and organizing the production schedule. • Overseeing production processes • Ensuring that the material consumption is following the Bill of Materials approved by the purchasing department. • Assessing projects and resource requirements • Investigate new machinery and technique to improve the productivity • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of the continuous improvement technics (5S, Kaizen, lean management, etc…) • General computer skills (MS Excel, Word…) • Fluent in Khmer and English (writing and speaking) • Chinese is an advantage
