- Collect market information and feedback strategies and tactics of competitors. - Coordinate and effectively deploy the Beer Promoters in assigned outlets. - Build close relationships with Beer Promoters and act as a confidant. - Conduct checks on Beer Promoters attendance and ensure punctuality of deployment. - Conduct briefings and meetings with Beer Promoters regularly. - Coach and guide Beer Promoters on product knowledge and services. - Monitor outlets and evaluate Beer Promoters’ sales performance, submit reports on a regular basis. - Manage daily administration work for Beer Promoters. - Develop solid and long-term influential relationships with all outlets in assigned territory. - Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the company.

- High School Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies or related field. - At least 2 - 4 years of experience in the successful management of a Promoter team. - Able to collaborate and build relationships across all levels internally and externally. - Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills, able to handle difficult business situations and negotiate well. - Ability to lead, guide and coach a team of Promoters. - Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. - Ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow-through. - Required to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. Honest and with integrity. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule with night market visits. - Good command of English, written and spoken; and computer literate.
