- Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information System, telecommunications - At least 2 years experiences in management level - Experience on Script language PL/SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Server Linux / Centos, - Good skill in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams. - Have knowledge about database (Oracle, MySQL, SQL, PostgreSQL ...) - Experience in working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day to day activities - Knowledge of network administration - Knowledge of BCCS and related systems - Be proactive at work, good at teamwork - Good at document writing, presentation, communication and collaboration - Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. - Management skill and problem solving Skill
