Jobs Description

• Maintaining records of tenants • Manage the continuing tenant occupancy • Issue and renew rental contract to tenants as needed • Alert higher management and tenants when the rental contract is going to expire • Prepare and monitor building maintenance budgets • Manage company’s properties and stock inventory • Coordinate and support tenants on overall building and maintenance issue to ensure good and prompt support to the tenants • Resolve complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants • Maintain a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access • Draft and update emergency plans and evacuation procedures • Oversee security, fire prevention, and other safety systems • Schedule regular building maintenance services • Arrange for building improvements • Supervise the Subordinates as per the organization chart • Hire employees as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property/s • Provide training for building employees/tenants as needed such as but not limited to, Fire/evacuation procedures, OH&S procedures, specialized equipment usage • Evaluate employee performance and provide direction, correction, or additional training to ensure proper maintenance of the building/s • Inspecting the building/s frequently for signs of damage or wear & tear • Support overall administration on renovation project/s • Prepare monthly report, relevant logbooks and other reports as required by higher management • Coordinate with relevant Subordinate and Accounting team to issue electrical bill to tenants • Perform other duties that maybe instructed from time to time by your immediate Manager related documents and emergency issues. • Develop the Standard Operating Procedures for all related departments and constantly monitor, and review according to the actual operations. • Provide training programs for all relevant staff in line with the SOP. • “Properties” noted in this JD refer to but are not limited to 278, 294, Tell Restaurant/s, Palais De La Poste

Jobs Requirement

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Building Management • At least 3 working experiences with similar role • Good at problem solving skill and negotiation skill • Detail oriented • Customer Service Experience • Strong Leadership Skills • Understanding of Building Codes and Safety Regulations, • Proficiency in English and Khmer Communication
