- Daily record loan application - Process loan application - Write Pre-Approval and submit for approval - Prepare daily MIS report - Key in loan application into the system - Handle customer’s complaints and take appropriate action to solve them - Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at the cadastral office - Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships - Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

• Bachelor in Finance, Banking or related fields • Proven previous work experience as credit officer • Sound understanding of lending products and process • Abilities to read and analyze financial information and reporting • Strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenges • Good communication, problem solving, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills • Cambodian national only and able to read and write Khmer • Good organizational and time management skills • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word and Excel) with proficient Khmer typing skill • English language proficiency.
