- Develop, implement and monitor Digital Marketing Strategy in alignment with the Marketing and Business Strategy - Develop multi-channel communication through BVM marketing strategy - Handle BVM’s social media such as Facebook/website/YouTube/LinkedIn - Develop monthly contents and themes for social media communication contents - Develop creative contents for communication and marketing materials - Work on marketing collaterals and marketing campaigns - Digital report performance tracking - Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments - Contact and monitor with printing, advertising, marketing and design agencies and other suppliers to produce marketing and communication tools and design project and to make sure the produced items are in good quality paralleled to the policies and guidelines defined by BVM - Perform others task as line manager assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications, Marketing and or relevant qualifications. - With 1-2 year of direct experience in digital marketing is an advantage - Good graphic design skill and computer literacy, Microsoft office, design software, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator - Excellent communication and people skills - Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts - Good proficiency in written Khmer and English - Effective communicator - Desire to apply good modern management/technical skills to achieve business KPIs - Ability to lead and demonstrate excellent leadership to the team - Must have strong ethical and moral value - Results oriented and innovative - Strong, determined, self-motivated and with strong ethical values
