Jobs Description

• Own the new establishing units/department of CX with strong self-motivation under Retail Banking Division and working with stakeholders including all respective Head, Branch Management, BM, RM, Marketing and various units. • Propose and drive the new CX initiative across bank network include Full Service Branch, Non-Full Service Branch and various units (applied CX) including alternative channels (IB, Apps, Call Centers). • Train the trainers related to CX across nationwide on implementing projects. • Measure the effectiveness, change, and other propose upcoming or adopt new technologies related to CX. • Require exposure to provinces

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance or related field. • At least 2 years of experience in banking. • Sound written and verbal English communication
