• Plan, organize, and direct the completion of IT projects while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope • Meet customer and collect the requirement, prepare the scope of work • Work with sales and presale team closely • Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budget, and resources • Make good relationship with all enterprise and corporate customer • Keep follow company internal service flow and suggest how to improve service quality • Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectation as needed • Need to research IT market update in local and oversea • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects and programs • Oversee day-to-day execution of the IT project management methodology, ensuring project managers have support needed to effectively deliver on project execution. • Provide technical Support to sales team • Keep tracking all project status from project management system • Assist in administration of project management system including generation of reports and metrics to be presented to the IT leadership team • Work closely with the Business development and marketing team to ensure demand management is supported • Prepare project documentation and handover to customer after signoff project

• Minimum two to five years’ experience as IT or project Manager role • Good Understanding of IT products implementation and migration • Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Linux OS • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications • Strong user of Microsoft Project and Visio • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria. • Strong understanding of the Hardware and Software, IT Service operations, business process realignment and the financial and political elements of an IT organization
