• Prepare project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents. • Perform design and construction management skills during the project’s life cycle. • Prepare technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates. • Participate equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/Project’s goals and objectives. • Coordinate architectural design efforts with civil and MEP designs and systems. • Prepare tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors. • Design projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations. • Advise Subcontractors on the interpretation of plans, recommend changes when necessary. • Provide technical expertise in developing or reviewing policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction/safety codes. • Research literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application. • Review product literature, analyze materials and determine appropriateness for application to projects. • Provide advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions. • Ensure that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards • Be extensively and progressively responsible experience in planning, designing and managing design and construction of major multi-used complex projects; including extensive experience in design and construction of housing, schools, and mixed-use buildings. • Knowledge of design and construction management principles; includes cost control, change order pricing/negotiation and construction techniques, standards and practices. • Knowledge of architectural design principles such as building definition materials and methods, urban design, elements of 'good' design, form, function, materials and methods, circulation, context, and design standards and codes. • Ability to independently prepare architectural procedures and forms. • Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and graphically. • Ability to organize and coordinate projects.

• Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture or other related fields. • At least 5-7 years' experience in Architecture. • Work experiences in large or international companies at the management level. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of design and construction management. • Ability to train/drive team and be good at presentation skills. • Knowledgeable and strong analytical skills in the real estate market. • Ability to train/motivate the team to works. • Ability to Ms. Office, Outlook, internet and other related applications. • Well-negotiation, influencing skills. • Well-knowledge on Contract/Agreement development. • Well-organizer for any arrangements.
