Jobs Description

• Manage and review day to day operation in accounting department. • Ensure accounting function is executed in accordance with the accounting policy. • Coach and supervises subordinate regarding technical accounting record and controls in accordance with the accounting policy. • Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timely manner of accounting period end closing procedures. • Ensure that the established internal control is implemented • Produce financial report and other related performance reports for Line manager and top Management. • Control accurate monthly and annually tax declaration, payments, necessary paperwork, tax system/process and reports. • Attend team weekly meeting by using PowerPoint presentation. • Other tasks assigned by Management HOW YOU CAN SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Within Sinh Hak Hout, the top-performing people who do this job always demonstrate the following attitude: • Working with Others: • A genuine interest in the welfare of all company team member is the first and most critical requirement for this role. • They maintain the trust of the team member, and are regarded as fair, reasonable, approachable, and honest. • They are passionate about improving staff welfare and guest satisfaction. Jobs Requirement

Essential solid accountancy training and experience-professional accounting qualification. • University degree in accounting, finance or business administration • Degree from ACCA is preferable • Essential 4 years ‘previous experience in similar relevant position jobs • Excellent in computer literate especially (ERP system, Excel, Words, Internet, E-mail, and y applicable system etc) • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships • Be able to work under pressure. • Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. • Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel) • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Strong skill in organization • Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
