Managing pre-shipping PO • Shop and determine the lowest rate freight cost from different ports of origin • Plan and book PO shipment both local and international • Inform Purchasing team on the estimate departure (ETD) and estimate arrival (ETA) for each PO 2. Managing on boarded PO • Check and confirm on the original bill (BL) and packing list (PL) • Monitor closely on the PO shipping schedule Check and prepare original clearance documents for clearance purposes • Coordinate with clearance company to process the clearance paperwork • Prepare packing list copy for each PO and send to warehouse inbound team and HQ inventory team. 3. Managing off boarded PO • Follow up closely with the clearance company on the clearance status • Coordinate and arrange the containers/trucks transfer to designated warehouse • Inform warehouse team/inventory team on the exact schedule arrival date 4. Managing PO request • Check and confirm on PO request from all departments • Get Finance Director to sign and approved on the PO request form • Group the PO by vendor and send them to purchasing team to process in the system • Liaise with showroom sales when their PO request has arrived and has been receipted. 5. Project Management a. Maintain a database of outstanding projects • Track dates, requirement • Record the status and progress of the project • Monitor PO and delivery schedule • Liaise with project sales when stock has arrived and has been receipted. 6. Inventory Management (daily) • Run inventory management report • Identify low or back order codes and action low stock SKUs accordingly (Expedite PO, substitute, advise customer, check incoming PO) • Generate low stock report to purchasing team 7. Backorder management (daily) • Run backorder report • Check for new order on backorder 8. Master data management • Create new item onto the system • Manage and clean up the old item dat

Bachelor degree in Business administration majoring in Supply Chain Management or related field. At least one-year experiences in Supply Chain Planning Experience. Be able to work under pressure. Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel) Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
