Jobs Description

1.Recruitment -Work with department managers to have a proper yearly recruitment plan and propose a strategy to HR Manager -Ensure all vacancies post are filled with suitable candidates within SLA -Arrange job advertisement, screens CV, tests and summarize the candidate’s information and submit to Hiring Manager and HR Manager for review -Conduct an interview process and appointments between head department and branch -Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires -Conduct home visit for the preferred candidate -Make the selection and processes salary requests for the new employee to management for approval -Make a staff offer letter and employment contract -Work with Training unit to ensure that the employees must be onboard and receive proper required training -Maintain employee records (vacancy tracking tool) -Attend job fairs and careers events -Be responsible for networking such as Universities and other related organizations -Monitor staff’s probation. 2. Compliance -Prepare staff move in/out report and submit to MoLV and CMA -Request quota & work permit for expat staff -Be responsible for company offices registration with the MoLV -Renew compliance requirements such as shop steward (Staff Representative) following timely basis -Response for renewing e-business for expat staff -Work with the inspector from Ministry of Labor -Communicate with staff to fulfill required legal issues (health checkup, workbook, NSSF register)

Jobs Requirement

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Administrative, or related fields -3+ years of working experience in a similar role(s) in a financial services company (MFI, bank, leasing company). From Financial Leasing Institution is a plus -Good interpersonal and Computer (Word, Excel, PPT) skills -Good commands in English (writing, listening, and speaking) -Good communication with different people -People skill -Self-motivated and enthusiastic in continuous learning of new skills -Ability to work under pressure and meet targets deadlines. -Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
