• Maintain and proactively improve the IT infrastructure of the company to avoid disruptions to operations. The infrastructure covers office equipment like computers, network, printers, video conference and firewall. • Support and administer software and cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, HR/finance systems etc. • Help to maintain and update IT Assets and inventory into Asset Management System. • Assist in reformat, reconfigure, repair laptop / desktop. • Provision and deprovision employees. • To support remote users problem from other locations where necessary. • Support our other locations in South East Asia, expect 25% traveling. • To perform other related duties as required to support users and the business.

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an IT Support or System/Network Admin role. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience. • Knowledge of IT systems (applications, servers, networking, security) or IT practices (ITIL, operations, change control, release management, testing UAT). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/email with peers, management and vendors. • Customer-focused - proactively seeks out, understands and responds to the needs of users. • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills. • Relevant certifications is a big plus.
