Jobs Description

Specifically, this position will focus in the following areas, in order of priority: Event Management (~40% of total work) - Lead throughout the whole event development process, working closely with MarComms, Sales, Operations and Projects departments in the conceptualization, planning and execution of all events (either internal or organized by external parties) - Be the main person of contact between ULS and third parties when events are co-organized with marketing agencies or other partners, ensuring fluid communications and full understanding of roles and responsibilities on all sides throughout the whole process - Supervise, direct and coordinate departments, subcontractors, and partners as required, trouble-shooting and smoothening issues when needed to successfully execute all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery period - Schedule and lead kick-off and follow up meetings, both internal and with third parties as needed to facilitate a smooth workflow throughout the whole event development process - Work closely with MarComms and Sales teams in the development of an effective communication strategy for all events, defining the channels and audiences that best fit in each case, and coordinating with onsite photographers and/or videographers for the timely publication of materials on social media as planned - Negotiate agreements with externalproviders and subcontractors to ensure highest quality service - Handle budgeting, invoicing and logistics throughout the whole process, both internally and in coordination with agencies and other partners when needed - Oversee procurement purchasing and client service needs regarding all needs for events - Conduct after action reviews and de-briefing sessions with all departments and parties involved Sales strategy support (~30% of total work) - Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new event opportunities for the Company - Define event themes, goals and specific implementation plans to promote the company’s brand - Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and assists long-term planning and effective event management and coordination with all relevant departments - Work with MarComms and Sales teams to develop brand, marketing materials and sales tools for events as required - Attend all relevant meetings to stay updated on Company direction and operations of ULS - Coordinate MarComms and Sales teams on events development and communication strategy Community Management (~30% of total work) - Support the Brand Strategist and Social Media Manager by ensuring that customer questions are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner - Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews received through social media channels, Google Maps, and company websites - Coordinate with the Sales, MarComms, Operations, and Pojects departments in case of complex queries or complaints - Stay up-to-date with trending topics in the Cambodian and Southeast Asian real estate development sector

Jobs Requirement

Education & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications, Business Studies, Management, or equivalent; - 3 to 4 years of experience in events, advertising, marketing, business planning and analysis, and brand building in Cambodia; - Excellent verbal and written communication in Khmer with good proficiency in verbal and written English; - Project management experience; - Experience in community management and/or sales is a plus; - Knowledge of social media tools such as Agorapulse is a plus; - Knowledge and understanding of best marketing practices in Real Estate industry is a plus; - Highly organized; - Can prioritize projects independently and delegate tasks to other team members as needed; - Good time management; - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; - Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills; - Ability to think creatively and innovatively; - Ability to work under pressure and on a flexible schedule - Languages: Fluent in English, competency in either Khmer or Chinese (Mandarin) preferred but not essential
