- Perform on-line and finished goods checking for noodles production to ensure compliance with specification. - Perform line sanitation sampling and testing, CIP solution test, site checkin and process control parameters. - Perform incoming inspection of raw material and packaging material - Cleaning of laboratory glassware and utensil - Assist in implementation of 5S system - good house keeping - Assist in product shelflife sampling and testing - Assist in product quality control needs as assigned - Perform physiochemical and microbiological test of finished and handling of laboratory chemical. - Report to superior immediately on the non-conformance detected throughout the quality checking - Able to generate QC and inspection report/ record - Able to conduct shift, work over time when required and independently with minimum supervision - Any other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time

- Diploma/Degree Holder chemical engineering and food science , Agro-industry, Food Chemistry , Biology - At least 1 year experience in quality control/ Fresh Graduate - Team work, hardworking, honest, responsible, good interpretation skill
