• Manage and coordinate document control. • Approve company specification of incoming raw materials, seasoning materials packaging materials, and other material used, as well as finished products specification. • Approved on the prior ship-out finished goods loaded and incoming materials unloaded to ensure product quality and food safety; • Develop and update QA/QC control procedure based on the quality and food safety requirement; Solve any issues in the scope of Quality control and Quality assurance work; • Lead the site-audit (HACCP, ISO 22000, AIB, and BRC) required by clients and implement the necessary measure against the indicated matters as the result of audit; • Take necessary action related to a customer complaint, product recall, food defense/fraud, or the legal action related to product legislation (PL); • Advance quality management and improve QA/QC performance throughout the organization, and other matters related to the QA/QC.

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Food Engineering or equivalent degree; Minimum 5 years’ experience as QA/QC in food manufacturing; • Knowledge in food safety and quality system and achieved the certificate of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BRC; • Management and leadership skills, Flexible, Responsible, Independent; Communication and Interpersonal skills; • Good at speaking and writing in the English language and; • Basic computer literacy such as Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.
