• Works with relevant stakeholders to rollout new IT projects, IT systems, Integration, enhancement and change requests. • Provide leading support to business users on commercial systems and/ or related Sale Solutions • Provides leading support on system integrations and ensure their smooth operations • Liaises with vendor for any bug/ error, new requirement and enhancement • Perform UAT with stakeholders, identify potential issues and impacts • Review user’s activity logs on supported applications, reporting potential risks, data breach and security breach • Develops necessary documentation associated system changes, i.e., business requirements, functional design, system configuration documents, user manuals, training materials. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operation manual for each supported applications • With the rapid pace of change, regularly monitor technological advances and assess their potential application for improved business processes and design. • Initiate on system improvement and reduce user workload from system automate • Ability to work outside of normal business hours to provide support as and when necessary, to resolve urgent operational issues or to complete project work within expected timeline. • Other ad-hoc IT duties assigned by Management from time to time

Minimum 3 year working experience in supporting IT business application and IT project implementation in medium to large organizations. • Good knowledge and understanding commercial applications or other sales IT solution such as DMS, SFA, BI, CMS… • Knowledge of business processes related to Sales/ Commercial • Experience in a variety of data integration technologies with ERP system, including Microsoft Dynamic Navision • Knowledge of informational technology disciplines, e.g., software applications and interfaces, production operations, quality assurance and systems management, etc. • Good experience in project management process and systems. • Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude • Ability to handle confrontation with appropriate grace, professionalism, cordiality, and firmness, and manage/resolve disputes appropriately • Knowledge of new technologies (in specific field) and maintain and stay abreast of updates and changes • Have ability to manage time, prioritize work, work under pressure and complete multiple tasks effectively • Be disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking, flexibility, good personality and communication • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Honest, Flexible, Innovative • Can keep the calm in stressful situations
