• Leading the Marketing Team and defining the Marketing strategy during all the phases of the business: launch, growth, sustainability • Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets, increases sales and improves profits. • Ensure good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image. • Focus on sales performance of all delivery channels. • Planning, executing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns • Handle end to end projects efficiently and timely, based on the budget given • Understand the market, where we can meet our potential target, acquire new customers, meet business and growth predefined KPIs • Coordinate the creation of brand compliant assets, brief creatives and sourcing • Work closely across functions and with Regional team to drive Offline and Online Marketing initiatives in Cambodia

• Bachelor degree in marketing, general business or related field. • Minimum of 5 years relevant (B2B) marketing experience. • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles & tools. • Ability to translate research learning into insights & recommendations. • Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills. • Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research. • Knowledge of Digital Media is a strong advantage.
