 Deal with government ministries & regulatory (compliance) o Ministry of Post & Telecommunication (MPTC) o Telecom Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) o Other related ministries  Keep tracking and review all telecommunication laws and regulations as well as possible trend and change or/and revolution of its and it owned main in charge government agencies Ministries such: o Ministry of Post & Telecommunication (MPTC) o Telecom Regulator of Cambodia (TRC) o Other related ministries  Keep Reviewing and monitoring on the terms and conditions of all Company License, to make sure that we are in the line in term of legal and regulatory compliance o Sub-Marine License o ISP License  Work closely with those main stakeholders MPTC, TRC, other government agencies, to maintain our network/relation, to make our that our company operation running smoothly and well cooperated  Be able to attend Ministry Meetings, see government officers, and be able travel to join any ministry activity from time to time as required  Review and translate legal and administrative correspondence document from Khmer to English and vice versa.  Prepare and issue official letters to government, partners, and suppliers…etc.  Perform various tasks related to legal matters in a company.  Review all TCT and Ezecom outgoing letters or reports of all Head Department of Ezecom before sending.  Monitor administrative tasks of legal department such as file keeping etc  Other tasks assigned by company, CEO and CoBRO.  Allow to go oversea on legal matters to international seminar or legal concerned business contracts and agreements accompanying with CEO or other C-Levels.

 Bachelor’s degree in law, however master’s is highly referred.  At least 3 years of working experience in law, legal, and compliance field.  Strong knowledge about legal and regulations  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Must be able to work under high stress and save the company from legal difficulties  Must be well organized, and accurate in work
