• Review and draft contracts, MoU and other legal documents for commercial purposes. • Provide legal advices and consultation and recommendation to other department of the company and related companies. • Monitor contract management and filing system of the company and its related companies. • Assist in monitoring administrative task of legal department, filing and corporate secretary tasks. • Attend meeting with various ministries and competent authorities (including traveling when required). • Perform various tasks related to legal matters of the company and its related companies and tasks assigned by the Board of Director and Senior Leaders Team (SLTs). • Advise on laws and regulations as well as possible trend and change or/and revolution of its and the in-charge ministries or authorities. • Provide legal training to other department in the company and related companies. • Work closely with those main stakeholders and other contracting ministries such as MPTC, TRC, other government agencies, to maintain good network/relationship. • Translate legal and administrative correspondence document from Khmer to English and vice versa. • Travel oversea on legal matters to international seminar or legal concerned business contracts and agreements accompanying with CEO or SLTs.

• Bachelor /Master Degree of Law (LLB or LLM) • At least 3 years of working experience in law with contract and commercial area of practices. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office. • Fluent in Khmer (Speaking & Writing) and advance English language command (other language such as Chinese etc. is highly appreciated). • Able to work in fast pace and high-pressure environment. • Able to handle multiple tasks while maintain organized and accurate work.
