• Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies. • Responds in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests. • Carries out site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule. • Handle on MEP drawing and make the comments to be standard one • Organize the water piping installation (Clean water and waste water) • Check the electrical installation (light, switch and sockets) and air conditional system • Check the earth and lightening arrester system • Coordination with civil engineer to speed up the works • Provide supporting to site manager in implementing project • Support construction contractor and provide MEP techniques related support, review and coordination to ensure that the quality expectation is properly met during construction; • Giving the advice, coordination and reviewing on the concept, schematic and detail designs related to Architectural, Structural & Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, and Interior Design. • Manager on Health & Safety at site. • Other tasks assigned by management.

• Minimum technical certificate or diploma in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering. • Minimum 3-year experience with relevant history of installation, maintenance and repair in commercial premises. • Display a sound knowledge of MEP installation and civil related works. • Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis and brazing techniques • Proficiency of engineering programs, including AutoCAD, Corel draw, and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and power point. • Has good ability to communicate in English. • Be able to work under pressure and problem solving. • Mature, proactive, good personality, honest, strong commitment. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
