• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Relevant Fields. • At least 3 to 4 years experience. • Knowledge of experimental work, construction materials, both in the laboratory and on-site • Inspect the quality of work on roads and drainage. • Learn the cost of planning and construction plan details • Friendly in communication • Understand the principles and practices of project management • English proficiency
