- Achieving branch’s target - Find potential individual clients for all kind of loan products - Submit Credit Memorandum to Supervisor for approval - Handle customer’s complaint and take appropriate action to solve them - Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at cadastral office - Conducting marketing activity and loan management - Assist to recover bad debt of branch - Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships - Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial bank for loan business - Good at written and spoken English and Chinese is preferable - Minimum finished Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field - Computer Knowledge of Microsoft & Word & Excel - Having high integrity and team work oriented - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ensure all loan profiles comply with internal policies - Can Speak Chinese is priority
